One thing that God has called me to is leading worship! I have led worship since I was a kid growing up in a cappella Churches of Christ, to my early years at Harding with my acoustic guitar and a djembe, and now at my church (
The River) as part of several bands both playing guitar and singing. I would have never seen myself doing this even just a few years ago.
I am so blessed to be apart of a band called Restoration Worship. We get to play at our church every Wednesday night for an awakening meeting that we call All-Access. It is so much fun to worship our King, our Lord, our Dad, and our Bridegroom.
There are so many talented people in the group and a few are just song-writing machines! We got the chance to record our firsts full-length, all original, studio album at Blue Chair Studios on Labor Day weekend of 2012 and it was released at our church on 12.12.12.
